The Atlanta Hypertension Initiative (AHI) team invites you to join us for a virtual convening on October 8, 11:00 am to 1:00 pm, to continue addressing our commitment to improving health inequity around hypertension control in Atlanta. During this interactive Zoom gathering, we will share goals, hear from AHI participants about progress to date, learn more about your needs and ideas for action, and discuss the next steps toward making a meaningful impact together.
